Cross-source findings
Linear is behind reality on 5 of 10 client projects. 39 of 45 AI Videos issues have not been touched since 1–4 Sep. Hiya is still "Planned, starts 18 Sep" while 136 files and a Delivery Folder already exist in Frame.io. Rilla and Solawave issues are all still "Todo".
Two client deadlines have no visible work behind them. Celsius needs 50 videos for review by 24 Sep (Max, 14 Sep); both 25-video issues are Todo and Frame.io shows 16 new files since then. Durable is "Urgent" with a pilot batch issue open since 4 Sep and nothing anywhere for 13 days.
Customer success is asking and not getting answers. Todd asked for an Icybox timeline before a client meeting (16 Sep); Max followed up "what has been committed here" (17 Sep). Kaarin at Hiya asked what ad-delivery cadence to expect (15 Sep). Amarildo asked "where are we in terms of the ads" (16 Sep).
Frame.io approval process is undecided. Josephine's 17 Sep questions (who approves, approve in Frame or Slack, delivery cadence) are open. Luke's rule so far: internal approval first, then a client share link. Max's rule (8 Sep): never reply to clients inside Frame.io.
Music solution is overdue. Linear target 16 Sep; Luke asked 14 Sep whether to buy royalty-free packs or an AI music sub. Hiya guardrails require royalty-free music only.
Housekeeping. Higgsfield account logins were pasted in plain text into #ai-video-team on 7, 8 and 9 Sep. Rotate or move them to a vault.
